There is now a Witcher season 3 trailer AND a "teaser" as Netflix calls it. The first five episodes of The Witcher season 3 will be released on June 29, while episodes 6, 7, and 8 will come out July 27. While it may seem odd to release it in two chunks, it's something Netflix has done for years - most notably with the later seasons of Stranger Things.
